Ms. Fry and her team have taken outstanding care of me these last two years! They have assisted me with a variety of insurance needs, including an automobile theft+recovery, and there has been no problem too big or too small for them to handle. I have been with this agent for more than 10 years and and for the most part everything goes smooth as long as auto-pay is set up... Statefarm drafts the monthly payment and the commission is deposited into the agents bank account as is the plan.... That makes this agent a 5 star agent right? No WRONG! WHENEVER THERE IS A SNAG OF SOME SORT OUT OF THE NORMAL I OFTEN HAVE DIFFICULTY GETTING THROUGH ON THE PHONE TO GET MY ISSUE RESOLVED.
