I have been with this agent for more than 10 years and and for the most part everything goes smooth as long as auto-pay is set up... Statefarm drafts the monthly payment and the commission is deposited into the agents bank account as is the plan.... That makes this agent a 5 star agent right? No WRONG! WHENEVER THERE IS A SNAG OF SOME SORT OUT OF THE NORMAL I OFTEN HAVE DIFFICULTY GETTING THROUGH ON THE PHONE TO GET MY ISSUE RESOLVED. Having a bad experience with my previous insurance company , I was happy to find Elaine Fry with State Farm. Elaine and Marcie helped me with the right coverage for my truck and home. The experience with Marcie was quick and provided me with better coverage than I had before , and with lower premiums.
