Dr. Elaine and one of her medical assistants, Lourdes, are a 5-star team. Dr. Elaine is the best physician I have ever met. She's thorough, attentive, actually listens, and doesn't make me feel rushed. Lourdes is also wonderful! 2/7/2024 I saw Dr Cabugason today for the first time I was really impressed with the time she took with me. She was very smart and had a great personality, Somewhat rare for doctor I would highly recommend her
