I have been seeing Dr. Burns for several years. Unfortunately, she now uses a text service so you can no longer speak with an individual & several people that I have referred to her said it was not a pleasant experience. They also shared that the office visit was on the high side and she pushed her product more than concentrating on the patient visit. It saddens me that I will not be referring her any longer as I truly thought she was a compassionate and knowledgeable Naturopath.
Staff is absolutely rude and has attitudes. I will never refer anyone to this clinic again!
