I like the ambiance of the place, however kids in the steam room and sauna are not okay- ever! This alone would make me not come back. I have kids of my own and still want peace at a spa.

Had a good experience until the end, I had purchased a couples massage for my mother for her birthday. The certificate said I quote " couples hot stone massage (60 mins each) $140". Of course they make you pay at the end of the session. Well when they tried to charge me another $140 I was puzzled because I had bought a couples package, well they forget to inform you that the couples package only covers one person!
