Terrible customer service with no visibility on lead times or repairs/replacements. Limited to no response on inquiries. My unit was taken for repair during a very hot weather stretch with no communication over two weeks about how and when the unit will be replaced. Technician was helpful and friendly to deal with. Appreciated the effort to listen to my frustrations and work to rectify
Elafon is a Great Plumbing and Mechanical company, with honest pricing, quality craftsmanship work, efficient and great communication with Evan the owner! I would highly recommend them for any of their services!
Watched a driver of one of their vans this morning drive scarier than almost anyone I've ever come across on the roads. Cutting multiple people off, swerving in and out of traffic, high beaming to get people out of the way and waving their hands frantically at people who wouldn't move. Believe the license plate was RB 6559. I sure wouldn't want someone like this on the roads representing my company.

Prabh from Elafon removed an old kitchen faucet and installed a new kitchen faucet in my home. It was obvious that Prabh was a professional from the start. He introduced himself at my door and was presentable and well groomed. Prabh took extra precautions to shut off the water to my unit to make sure there would be no chance of water leaks during the install.
