Elafon was called to deal with investigating a leak in my condo over the holidays. They provided service promptly. Their technician Prab was very thorough in his investigation, and eliminated potential sources for the leak. He was able to finally find the source, for which I was very thankful. The invoice was extremely reasonable and fair. I would definitely recommend their services and especially Prab’s professionalism and critical thinking.

Terrible customer service with no visibility on lead times or repairs/replacements. Limited to no response on inquiries. My unit was taken for repair during a very hot weather stretch with no communication over two weeks about how and when the unit will be replaced. Technician was helpful and friendly to deal with. Appreciated the effort to listen to my frustrations and work to rectify
