I would never use this company again!!! I have called them at least 7 times and emailed them 4 times with no response. I purchased two restaurant gift cards through "What's Up Monterey" which is a subsidy of eLab Communications. My daughter and her husband went to the gift cards' restaurant and had dinner and tried to use the restaurant's gift cards and the owner said that he couldn't accept the cards and had no idea where they came from.
