This guy is a crook. He went from being a failed mechanic to a failure in “ yard cleaning”. He owes a lot of people in town money, including me. The picture listed below looks like he threw a green rug over gravel. He’s been sued multiple times and still continues to rip people off. Im not sure how a man can be comfortable with ripping people offI’m waiting for the day I run in to him!

I have contacted Richard bilanos about this horrible looking turf that his team that works under the influence of Marijuana an on their phones installed in my backyard yard, the turf is very wrinkle when it shouldn't be an its not worth the almost 8,000 me an my husband spent I will be contacting my lawyers since I'm being ignored
