disappointing experience the manager (jeffery orban) is rude, dismissive, and lacks professionalism. Good customer service starts with respect and that’s missing here.
Manager, Jeff Orban, is a piece of work. Very anti customer. Mean to staff. Mean to customers. Probably why it’s closing down.
My husband and I were staying at Hilton next door. We discovered the place later in the week but ever since we did, we ate all of our meals there for the remainder of our trip. The ceviche was to die for.
Very good food and friendly atmosphere. I’m sorry to see them go.
