Although I did not stay here I did go through the public portions and found them to be worth checking out. It is an old historic building and has a lot of charm.
Great historical gem to stay and enjoy the Grand Canyon. Highly recommended.
Excellent hotel, tons of veggie options, their restaurant was great too
Stayed two nights at El Tovar within Grand Canyon; if you want to stay in the park literally feet from the south rim then book it. An older, historic hotel (no elevator), but it doesn’t “seem” old; rooms are very nice. Bathroom upgrades, comfy beds and excellent service! We splurged and stayed one night in Presidential Suite; on top (3rd) floor with huge balcony and amazing views - a special treat!
