Purtroppo nel bel mezzo della cena un topo ha attraversato la sala dove stavamo a tavola. Il personale è stato piu interessato che non spaventassimo gli altri ospiti. Non si sono scusati per la gravità della cosa, non ci hanno tolto neanche' un centesimo anche non avendo terminato il pasto. Personale in sala (un tizio grosso con i baffi) molto scostante e poco ospitale. Esperienza da cancellare, almeno per noi
I’d like to warn future guests that the opening hours shown on Google do not seem to reflect the actual situation. Although Google says the place is open until 2:30pm, we were not allowed in 50 minutes before closing time. One waiter did try to seat us and said we could still be served, but an older receptionist insisted on not letting us in. Overall, the experience at the door felt uncomfortable.
We had breakfast at El Tovar and really enjoyed the experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was excellent. Our server, Guy, was especially friendly, attentive, and professional. He made us feel very welcome and ensured that everything was perfect. We would definitely recommend having breakfast here!
