I was very impressed by the quality of service and repairs that was done on my car. After the repairs were done the car look good as new, the reception staff were very helpful and kept me informed thru the process. A special shout out to Michael for his knowledge and help, i would definitely recommend EL TORO smash repairs thanks again.

Our Mazda was repaired through an NRMA insurance claim after an accident, and when we collected it, the car was extremely dirty inside and out. We were shocked by the overall condition. The quality of the repairs was also unacceptable. The doors were not fitted properly, and there were scratches on multiple areas of the vehicle. We immediately lodged a complaint with NRMA, and the car was sent back for detailing. Unfortunately, even after it was returned, there were still scratches on the front bonnet and the roof. Worst place don’t trust this people all what they do full dodgy job my lights headlights one yellow one white that’s not about it they promised to get everything sorted after I spoke to Michel I came back after two weeks my car full different to what was it and one screw for front radar not tightened probably I asked them to do it and they have absolutely put different screw you wasting you money there don’t even risk putting you car there full regret it !!!!!
