My car is with them since a month now been advised will fix two weeks before I am writing this review bit till today not able to hand me over my car back, will wait and update this review about the repair job also
One star is even alot for this business. If you don't need your car back just hand it to these guys. I have been involved in a car accident and NRMA my insurer have sent it to El Toro smash repairs and this was on 03/10/2025 after countless times they have delayed the competition date with the excuse of ( waiting for parts) which took around 3 months, after receiving parts it took them another 3 weeks and I have been notified they ordered wrong parts and currently still playing the waiting game. These guys did a really good job of my repairs. One of the staffed even stayed back after closing time to wait for mr to pick up the car. Turn over time was quick
The team are absolutely amazing! They were able to fix a smashed car in record timing. Definitely recommend their work to others
First time experience with smash repairs although I was worried the team reassured me they would get it all done, although it did take a little extra time but they were very thorough and the job was amazing. Michael was very friendly and reassured us if we have any problems to just come back, great customer service and great work
