Brought a vehicle for tires. Went smooth and fast. Upon driving it was clearly unbalanced. Had to go to work and was unable to make it back in time before they closed. Brought it up to the shop the next day and was told their balancing machine wasn’t working. Had a friend call asking if he could bring his personal vehicle in to have tires mounted and balanced and was told that he could absolutely come in and they didn’t mention anything about their balancing machine being down.
The spanish dude, very flirtatious. Too friendly, and remembers me no matter how long I go without visiting and its uncomfortable. He done told me his number, and climbed on the side of the car to make sure I was typing it in, Questioning my sexuality, asking me why i’m single to be so sexy. and asked me to go out to eat with him & didn’t know my name, not that it matters. But I feel super uncomfortable left with him.
IMMEDIATELY giving them a 0!!! where do i even start?!? went there for used tires. left there with the “used tires” on 50 psi when my tires take 35 psi. had to pull over maybe five minutes of leaving bc my wheel was shaking so hard my tires felt like it was abt to fly off. the lug nuts literally fell into my hand while tightening them. they didn’t balance my tires. discount tire wouldn’t even balance them bc the tires had zero thread left. i was told by two different shops the tires they sold me only had 1-2 months left befo... read more
They gave me a bad tire then told me to pay for a new one at full price i didnt make it hime before i saw the bad tire worse place ever don’t go never will return
