Went in for an alignment (was sent from HB Tires), paid $80.00 & drove off. Tested my alignment as soon as a drove off to ensure it was aligned & it was not. Went back and they said "they didnt give me an alignment because my Mercedes GLK 350 (4matic) needs a bolt." A bolt that they did not have nor that they can get. Then they stated that "I could buy the bolt and come back to get it aligned" and they couldn't refund me my money.
