Chantel is a good person and seems to know what she’s doing—but unfortunately, the other workers at this salon are extremely rude and unprofessional. If they don’t know how to do a style, instead of communicating that, they get upset and defensive. I brought my daughter in for boho knotless braids at 9:30 a.m., and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in all my years dealing with hair braiding.
