I order a side of beans and rice with 2 fried eggs through Doordash probably once a week. I love it. I've been many many times in person too and get the tamales. Delicious. 90% of the time my fried eggs are perfect. But the other 10% they are literally on the verge of raw. I swear to god it's just one of the chefs that cooks them like this.
