I'm not sure how the overall stars are 4.5 because we had a much different experience here. We ate at El Rodeo last night while visiting Payson, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. The service was curt and bordered on rude from the beginning. We were given a bowl of stale chips and salsa. When I asked for fresh chips, the original chips were taken away and what came back appeared to be the same chips reheated or refried. They were hot, but very dark and still didn't taste fresh. Update , if your gonna close early update your google. If you regularly close why would want loyal customers to show up and have the door closed on us before we got out of car. .. or to place an togo .... what an insult to your customers!!
