This Mobil home park has nothing to be called “cozy and decent.” Should be private but anyone can came inside 24 hours, most manufacturing owners have to buy their own surveillance since the land owner has reject to bring a peaceful environment around. This place is under new owner (El Rio MHP, LLC). There is no safety at all and many stranger people enter the property by making “trips.” The report was made to the owner and ask him to include a surveillance, but he does not care about it. The landlord does not have restrictions and rules on his property, that is why some tenants are threatening other neighbors by sending their relatives to harassing them!
