If you're expecting and looking for an OBGYN in Tucson, El Rio on Irvington is hands down the place to go. The care team is attentive, the doctors take time to understand your health history, and the front office staff treats you with kindness and respect. I tried another center before returning to Irvington, and that experience only deepened my appreciation for the outstanding care here. Thank you all so much!
Front desk staff needs to be more helpful. I took my mother in for her Dr.'s Appt. While there was NOT a waitting line she walked up to the counter and was left standing for quite a bit while the staff wasnt busy talking to eachother watching her standing there. Especially by one in particular who was face to face a couple feet away from my mom didnt care to take 10 sec to acknowledge or give her any guidance . Been coming here to see Esther Quintero Marstellar since 2021. She’s the worst doctor I have ever met. She does not care about her patients, always attends your appointment 1- 1 1/2 hours late. She comes off rude, low vibrational attitude, and energy when I discussed symptoms or needs. Never answered my messages on Mychart and NEVER followed up for any abnormal results i had. Gave me very odd looks and felt extremely uncomfortable. I hate to be the one to review like this. But shes pathetic and lacks empathy or compassion.
