My in laws are both at El Rio. In my opinion they both receive excellent care. they have been there for 1 1/2 years. We visited several other memory care facilities before choosing this particular one. I believe we made the best choice. Staff is friendly, informative, and react quickly to any situation. We appreciate all of the staff members at El Rio.
Best place for seniors!!
Mother has been here for 9 months now. It's still hard on her at times but when asked if she wants to leave, her reply is always "but my friends are here." And who would take care of her? The care is far above anything I have seen. The nurses and caregivers are awesome and extremely friendly! If there is an issue, the administration has an open door (and open ear policy)! Their care and personal touches makes myself and my family feel better about leaving her!! If mom 's happy, then we're happy!!
Wonderfully caring and attentive staff. My dad loves it here.
