Got convinced to pay almost $200 for a perm that BARELY changed the volume in my roots. This was my first time getting a perm. I wanted to get it because the perm lady told me that my roots would be alot more volumized with the treatment. However I never got told a rough estimate for my hair BEFORE the treatment.
