The best time to know how your owners will take care of the mobile home park and their residents, is talk to the residents after a big storm. The new owners are not helping the residents after hurricane Milton, and before you ask the residents do not own the land, just the mobile home. This park is now owned by big corporate "Cobblestone". I have lived here for 14 years. The park used to be privately owned but when Cobblestone took over, there have been huge changes - most of them negative. Cobblestone has dramatically increased the price of our rent and they have added several new homes which decreased the size of our yards. There were many who were priced out of the park and had to move. Cobblestone seems to only be in this for the money. With the dramatic increase in lot rent, they have not added much in the way of amenities. We have no pool. The clubhouse ... read more
