I lived there for 14 years and saw management come and go. There is no community here - people stay to themselves and most people are extremely unhappy. It is a very negative place to live. There are few activities or amenities and yet the lot rent kept going up year after year. I made many upgrades to my mobile home and had to sell it at a substantial loss because no buyer was willing to pay the enormous lot rent. Great community with a Marina and Lake. Beautiful sunsets and much more to offer.
Beautiful, quiet community with awesome waterfront views. Lots of recent upgrades. The community has really improved since prior ownership.
The best time to know how your owners will take care of the mobile home park and their residents, is talk to the residents after a big storm. The new owners are not helping the residents after hurricane Milton, and before you ask the residents do not own the land, just the mobile home. This park is now owned by big corporate "Cobblestone". After previous hurricanes (30 + years), the previous owner took care of downed trees, assisted with debris removal. I have lived here for 14 years. The park used to be privately owned but when Cobblestone took over, there have been huge changes - most of them negative. Cobblestone has dramatically increased the price of our rent and they have added several new homes which decreased the size of our yards. There were many who were priced out of the park and had to move. Cobblestone seems to only be in this for the money.
