Apparently, the manager doesn’t spend much time here.. His assistant that helped us was knowledgeable, friendly and I believe he did a good job with the paperwork and taking our money.. apparently the price to keep a unit here has recently increased 50 or 60 bucks which with a little maintenance on the roads would be fine, but personally, I feel it’s a little too much and I’m sure other tenants feel the same way, it’s fairly clean and the people have been friendly.
