Horrible people own this park and Valley Palms. They abuse employees and can't keep a on-sight manager on payroll if there lives depended on it. Don't rent or buy anything from them. Everything that comes out of their mouths are lies.
Great park I worked there for a year but the company who owns the park does not care about their employees and fire people all the time and lie about what they did. They don't even care about who lives there. The new manager lived in a house with no hot water for a week during mid winter and they just didn't care plus making her still pay rent in it. All they care about is having money in there pocket and they don't know how to run a company properly
