I was a huge fan in till I had an issue that needed to be addressed and I was treated very poorly. I used to be a customer that went there almost daily. Horrid customer service. I am already in contact with corporate. I was told IF I complained I would be banned. So don’t complain or you will be banned. Getting my BBB report completed. I will never step foot in there again, the management and staff need customer service training.
