Horrible customer service. Nancy was as rude as I’ve seen in retail. Told me she had no obligation to help me with the details of my exam or providing a receipt. Told me that I should already know this info and it wasn’t her fault I was ignorant! I was in disbelief honestly. She even tried to avoid me at first by fleeing to the back after I was making my way to her. Don’t go here! If you do, avoid Nancy. Buy your contacts on lens.com. It’s half the price and they have great customer service.

Dr. Speer is a true eye care professional. I have had the opportunity to work with many doctors, and review their work. Dr. Speer is thorough, uses the latest equipment, and has a great demeanor. Most recently I had to see him for a scary change in my vision. He diagnosed the situation and reassured me. The outcome has been perfect. I did some reference checking on Dr. Speer, and his peers view him extremely well. I would recommend him with no reservations.

I am unhappy with the experience here. According to the prescription I received yesterday from Dr. Speer, my eyes have gotten drastically better since my last appt, my eyes now have matching prescription (they don't), and all my axis values end in a 5 or 0 (rounding to the nearest 0 or 5 is not the way to do an eye prescription). I do not have insurance and figured how bad can an eye exam be messed up? I should've gone to the Dr. I've been to before that's double the cost, now I'll be going there anyways plus wasting time & ... read more

I appreciated the time and care that Dr Speer spent in making sure my contacts were comfortable and effective. I have had contacts previously but never found them to be comfortable. Dr Speer has very up to date equipment and was extremely conscientious in getting me the right prescription. I'm a loyal patient.
