Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I was instructed by Western Union to call this location regarding a transaction that had not been picked up. When I called, the person who answered was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. He eventually hung up on me. I called back and was told that they did not have the cash available to refund the money that had not been picked up.
