Yikes!
We stopped in at about 5:30 PM on Saturday, looking for a good margarita and some chips with fun salsas. Sad to say we were told they were”out of chips” and all we could get to eat were either peanuts or charcuterie. Hard to imagine no chips at a tequila bar on a Saturday evening, but ok… So we left. Looks like a fun spot so we will try it again, just hope they have chips!!
Our group of 8 arrived at 5:30pm on a Tuesday. They were not yet busy and some servers were even sitting at tables near the back waiting for business to pick up. We received the WORST SERVICE EVER from Treto. At first we thought that maybe he had a dry sense of humor, but no, he was down right rude! Update (5/5/06): 3 months later and......... wow, what a difference for all the WRONG reasons. Yes, it was Cinco de Mayo and it was "busy". But to start with, I know they are not a "restaurant", but previously they at least had some tacos and smaller options. No longer the case. All they have now is chips and queso/salsa. The real disappointment was the service. We attempted to order the shot special. But apparently they were "out" of that at one they hlgave is instead (just brought it, didn't check).... Worst experience. Specials for Cinco de Mayo. Ordered 2 shots, nope out of those so we were brought something else, ok. Ordered a drink and a shaker then chips & salsa. Got the shaker. The end. Servers excuse was that they were going through a transition. Umm, that makes it so you can't remember to enter in our orders? I do not recommend! Will never be back. Horrible.
