The employees need to be more professional, I went there today for a screening, I was told by one of the front desk employee to come back at 2 pm. since they were busy I told her ok. I was on my way home when the same employee called me to tell me they couldn’t see me there at this location, because of an incident that happened last year on October 2024. I was like why ? I was sent to get an urgent ultrasound from my doctor. The hospital was busy, so I went to El Portal. I was walk in, but it was last minute...but urgent. I was told they probably couldn't take me and they will check with the technician if they can squeeze me in. While I was waiting the lady at the front desk told me she will get me in because they had a no show. I appreciated it so much, THANK YOU FOR SQUEEZING ME IN.
