Apartment is spacious, but management is not good. Forget about your security deposit, you are never getting it back.

The management in this place is far below average. We’d have to request multiple times to fix the boiler (we did not have hot water for months, only warm water). There were issues with practically all the appliances and furniture in the unit (the sink’s tap was loose, the cabinets’ screws were coming off, the door handles were loose, the bathtub’s coating was cheap quality and it would always get stained, we’d get mold, we had termites treated 3 times). I lived here for 2+ years. The neighbors are quiet and friendly, my place was really nice, and the management is friendly and responds very very quickly to issues. They also keep the complex up to date.

Cheap apartment with bad furniture and corrupt management. We stayed at this apartment for 2.5 years. We had termites treated 3 times. Hot water would disappear at least 4 times a year and we had to convince management that we don't have hot water. (we've been proposed to shower at less busy times) Simple things like a common area grill handle were broken for more than a year and were still broken when we moved out. I moved to this apartments 2 years ago. It was so-so, but it wasn't so bad as now.
