Very disappointing experience at this El Pollo Giro location. We ordered the $51.99 Family Pack, which includes 2 whole chickens, rice, beans, and salad. We paid the full advertised price, but when we got home, an entire chicken and the salad were missing. When we called to get the missing food, we also ordered an extra rice. Somehow, when my father went back, they charged him another $20. The food here is excellent! The staff here are awesome. I travel to Meridian for work. Two months ago I came in and had the burrito with a chimichanga inside it. It a solid eat! The bartender, Sean recommended the enchiladas ranchero. I had them the next night. Also great! Two months later, I walk in and Sean remembered my name, my beer and my order! You want a place that makes you feel welcome, this is the place. Get the flan!
