The food is very spicy but well under control The salsa and chips are bland but the food will warm you up
Surprisingly cute inside. First time visit and we found lots of options. Food was quite tasty and we took half of our meals home. We'll try it again for sure.
El Salvador is a small country yet offers great flavors and it is nice to have them in Dover at El Pipil. I came to Delaware from Queens, NY so we were lucky to have access to the Central American vibe of casual, colorful and flavorful anytime. Start off working through the appetizer menu (pupusas and more) to audit the flavors you like. It's one of those places you will come back to over and over again when you've had enough chain restaurant food on DuPont Highway.
