I had a very bad experience today at El Pescador in ******* on Euclid I went in to have lunch with my granddaughter and my son as my granddaughter and I were waiting a manager came out and told me very rudely that I was no longer welcome in their restaurant that in the past there was always an issue I was totally shocked and my 9-year-old granddaughter got very upset he gave me no reason whatsoever I have been going to this restaurant for over 10 years I've never had any problem I could not understand what he was talking abo... read more
WORST EXPERIENCE. I have never been to a restaurant that treated and disrespected me as much as the manager did. A simple incident that is understandable and happens from time to time was handled unprofessionally by the manager. I wrote down my name and sat down immediately in the waiting area. They called my name about 20 min later and I responded to the manager. When I asked the party size he rudely told me it was a different party. I wish there was a way to do a zero start or 1/2; we went here tonight. My wife plate had a hair. My daughter asked her avocado to be put on the side sense she is allergic. For hers the wipe it off and tired to bring it back; she noticed that the meat had it..... The waiter Alex called his supervisor to try to make it right, I asked for the bill and he said please I will make this right. Sadly I was convinced.... food sucks and lipstick on glass dirty place
they do not sanitize their tables or their silverware or wash their plates and cups good. whoever read this I guarantee you do not go it's not worth you getting sick
