The plumbing is really bad here and the every time we call the landlord almost every other month with problems with the plumbing. Roto Rooter always fixed the problem before the previous owners sold this place. And the plumber they do have doesn't know what he's doing and has now rigged the plumbing problem so now everyone's waist is now going to come out of our toilet and bathtub. All the reviews are fake dont go by the reviews .This place is not safe, clean or family orientared like it claims on their website.Think twice before moving here once your move in its hard and expensive to move out alot goes on in this park and with no manager on site is getting worse
