We love to visit food trucks whenever we’re in new cities and found this authentic Dominican Food Truck. We ordered empanadas de pollo y res, a chimi de res, a Yaroa de res, chicharron de cerdo y tostones. They gave my son a chicken Yaroa which we didn’t know until he already ate half of it. Not sure what happened there. The chimi was good and flavorful, chicharron de cerdo was mainly fat than any pieces of meat but it is what it is.
