Updated an old review for spellcheck errors original review was from 2019. Absolutely no customer service. Here is a snapshot of what happened. First and foremost, they did not,do what they said they would do. They assumed no accountability for the suppliers they use. There was no accountability for what employees told us and our contractor on different occasions. if Rene is a manager, she clearly lacks the professionalism and customer service skills for that position.
