The place is a train wreck! The windows are ordered too big in most cases and have to be cut or banged in by a hammer and wood. The crew "milks" every job, so you'll have to take more time off work to babysit the crew of demolition experts, painters, and a hair dresser who know nothing about windows. 30 yr old house needed new doors & windows Mike Venegas at El Paso window got my business. The total project was 16 thousand dollars. Instalation was okay, I am happy with windows and doors. However once they have your money you have heard the last of them, they never came by to check up on the ijnstalation and after numerous phone calls, messages left, and emails, I could not get them to follow up with paper work required for me to get the rebate from E P electric. Product is fantastic, but there’s ZERO service after the fact. So buyer beware! Good luck on replacements for warranty issues, even simple repairs. The installers did a fine job, but that’s just contract work. I’d stay far away.
