The lawn maintenance service started off fine, but as time went by, they would put the lawn debris in our trash bins. Then, eventually, an area that was verbally agreed to be cleaned stopped being cleaned (a walkway that borders my neighbor). Finally, when I was asked to provide payment for a lawn maintenance day (typically, I left a check on an outdoor table), I told the owner that no one showed up.
