Very good machine got everything I wanted and when I called they answered every question I had good service
Their machine at 6028 Surety Drive took $12 of my money and they will not return it on my card. They pretend you just forgot. Do not do business with these people, they are crooks. Take their machines out of your business. Their snacks taste rancid anyway.. I am calling the BBB and little do they know I have a lot of connections in this city and the word will be spread. You bunch of thieves and crooks. You should be taken to court.
I find it interesting that they add 10 cents to a debit card, they should check the rules about debit vs credit cards as it is against the law to add a surcharge to a debit card, Check online the Durbin Amendment.
Bought some items (5 total) over here at andress and it only vended one of the five items. Also two of the items got stuck
I'm very satisfied with my interaction with this company .... The girls in the office are very professional and helpful. I do recommend them to anyone who needs any catering services or snax on-the-go!
