Terrible customer service Unfortunately doctors loose patients over people that answer phones and have no knowledge how To give customer service properly
I had the worst experience with Dr. Munoz. I needed a crown replaced. I removed it myself, she replaced it with a temporary aluminum one and damaged another tooth that was fine. I paid for services and took my replacement, I'm going to another more qualified dentist to install new crown. I don't want her to touch my teeth.
I have been going there for over 25 years, I love the service I get from every single one of them.
