Very good experience for first couple appointments on the east side. Was referred to the west side due to appointment availability and every single interaction with this facility since has been absolutely awful. Active duty. Vets. Consider other options……
VETERANS BEWARE EL PASO SLEEP CENTER IS NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY. I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR DIAZ FROM 2011 TO NOW, THATS LOYALTY. I ASKED DR DIAZ TO FILL OUT A DBQ (DISABILITY BENEFITS QUESTIONNAIRE) AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT FILL THIS FORM OUT FOR ME. THE REASON GIVEN WAS THAT THEY WERE INSTRUCTED BY THE VA NOT TO BE FILLING OUT THIS FORM. NOW I CHOSE TO BE SEEN BY DR DIAZ AS MY PRIVATE PHYSICIAN - BAD CHOICE - DOSE NOT SUPPORT VETERANS.
