My OBGYN Dr. Jezari recently relocated to this office with multiple physicians. What I came to expect from her office and appointments is no longer the case. The wait time just to get in for vitals was awhile, then to get into a room that wasn’t supposed to be occupied but was, made the wait another 45mins. Dr. Jezari is great. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
Don’t ever come here if you can help it. Waited over 2 hours until they closed and they still never saw me. Wasted my entire day and still never saw me.
The Best experience. Dr. ROLON the best Dr in El Paso,and all the Staff. More than 10 years of being a patient of Dr. Rolon. He gave birth of my 3 daughter's.
While I’ve had a positive experience with the doctor and ONE exceptionally helpful staff member, the overall office experience has been incredibly frustrating. Messages are rarely returned, and it took leaving five voicemails just to try and schedule my surgery — none of which were answered. I’ve waited days for responses to important post-op questions, which is unacceptable and stressful when recovering from surgery. I am 6 weeks pregnant. And I got an ultrasound done by Dr. Rolon, who is mentally slow, and doesn’t give you the right information. He simply doesn’t care and he wants his insurance money. There was apparently no embryo in the gestational sac, according to their medical devices. They didn’t do anything to inform me of what it could be, and offered no resources or help.
