My mother has been seeing Dr. Gutarra since June 2025, and our experience has been very disappointing. In our opinion, his approach feels profit-driven and lacking compassion. He frequently orders extensive imaging and prescribes medications without clear explanations, which left us feeling dismissed rather than cared for. The office organization is also very poor—calls take a long time to be returned, and communication from the front desk and staff is inconsistent.
