Less than one star if I Could. They will cancel your appointment without calling,, texting, email.. Showed up this morning and they said it was cancelled, that 'somebody' had called yesterday - pulled out my phone and showed them recent calls for the last week . . . nothing. Receptionist had the 'deer caught in the headlights' look. And then said it was rescheduled for OCT!! FOUR months. Not going back, will find another . .
This is the most pathetic pulmonary association in Texas. They don’t treat patients, they just bring them back for more visits. In fact, none of their staff wear masks, nor do the doctors!!! Imagine, you come in to see the doctor with pulmonary disease and they’re breathing on you - not giving a damn that they might infect you wya virus, the flu or anything else that could exacerbate your lungs by condition! Piss poor - they don’t care about their patients. Period!
