Very very unprofessional office manager or Doctor Ayala. They didn’t want to see my husband just because he couldn’t have his labs drawn in 2017. He went to his appointment on September 2022 and the Doctor refused to see him because he didn’t have his labs done back in 2017. The reason was my husband was out of work for 2 yrs and didn’t have health insurance. The doctor didn’t even want to see him when he was in the other office waiting to be seen. Julie helped with scheduling an appointment. Her assistance made a world of difference. She has a helpful and positive attitude. I am grateful to her for her assistance. The doctor is excellent too.
The staff and Dr. Gonzalez were very helpful. Dr. Gonzalez was very concise and thorough about my situation and I left the office having peace of mind and assurance regarding my condition moving forward. Heck, if they put up with me, they are fantastic!
Dr. Payan does not care about his patients. Do not deal with these offices.
