Great person!! I would like to thank Dr. Armendariz, my dad was in ICU and unfortunately my dad was pronounced brain dead. Dr. Armendariz was the only Dr. at providence that was kind and was sympathetic of the situation. He answered my moms questions and took the time to make sure we understood. I will always be grateful for his help.

The front desk may or may not know what they are doing. I guess it depends on the day that you call. I’ve been going back and forth with them for two months. Absolutely insane!!
Staff is sooo rude and unprofessional they need to find another job or be trained on how to treat people very unprofessional and rude
