Unacceptable wait time and rude staff. My mom had an 230pm appointment and did not see the doctor until 4:30pm. No apologies from the staff, and they seemed completely uninterested. I will not be returning to this practice. Do your self a favor and don’t come here.
Dr. Armendariz is an excellent physician, however his staff is deplorable, chaotic, rude and confused. They'll never follow up anything they promise. You'll have to do most of the work regarding your case.
Your guys number doesn't work. Fix it.
Great person!! I would like to thank Dr. Armendariz, my dad was in ICU and unfortunately my dad was pronounced brain dead. Dr. Armendariz was the only Dr. at providence that was kind and was sympathetic of the situation. He answered my moms questions and took the time to make sure we understood. I will always be grateful for his help.
