I looked for treatment to help me with leaking while running. Through education of how the body works my issue became a hurdle no longer a barrier. I understand there are things I can do to take control of my body and make it stronger to improve leaking. Although I was not looking to treat some limitations my mesh implant caused, treatment helped me understand how everything is connected and learned how to protect it. I recommend this treatment to all! It is eye opening. Thank you Amina!
