Es un médico insensible, sin ética, muy déspota, arrogante y no muestra ningún interés por la salud de las personas. Yo pensé que por tener tanto estudio era el médico que me iba a encontrar mi situación, pero fue todo lo contrario. No tomó en cuenta nada de lo que le dije. Espero nadie tenga que toparse con ningún médico como él en su vida.

Terrible customer service lady that schedules appointments is rude and hateful literally experienced worst attitude in that line of work !!

Took a couple weeks to get appt, then office called and said doctor Mrochek needed to reschedule. Went to rescheduled appt to be told to go to his other office and that they would wait for us to get there. Got there, waited almost an hour to be told doctor had to leave and that staff was unaware doctor had to leave. Was rescheduled again for 12 days later. Was called once again called by doctors office the night before the appt and was rescheduled again for the next day. Crappy office staff who don’t know how to schedule! No... read more
