Dr. Cheryl Ledford is amazing! She saw my need for immediate action since my carpal tunnel was so severe and she helped me get my surgery done quickly by submitting my paperwork in a timely manner to my insurance. I am so thankful for her. My surgery was a complete success...my fingers aren't numb and in pain, I can feel my arm again and I am HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY that I came here for treatment! The doctor was very attentive and took the time to listen to all my concerns. I felt genuinely cared for and appreciated the thoroughness of the examination and treatment plan. Do they ever answer the damn phone. Ridiculous
Dr. Westbrook is the best. I have been seeing him for 25 years. Very professional staff at OSA. I have had to wait for my appointment - even up to 2 hours after the stated appointment time, but he sits and listens and explains what can be done. He goes the extra mile to make sure you get the proper treatment and care...well worth the wait.
