The service and medical care are good, as the Neuro has been able to settle my seizures and the studies have helped out alot. The only thing is reaching out to the Neuro, they only have 3 ladies in the front so they can’t answer all the phones, appointments and patient upfront.

I havent even been to the initial appointment and staff was already unhelpful. I went in to ask for new patient paperwork and was told blank paperwork cannot leave the office. Patient has to fill out in the office. Couldn't give me a reasonable response to why.

I went there a few years ago. Waited for hours and then doctor would not listen to what I had to say. He ordered labs and never explained well the results. He gave me a treatment that made my diabetes worse and fixed nothing. Would not explain anything and staff was horrible as well. 0 for me

I’ve never encountered such unprofessionalism and poor customer service from an office staff and management team. Rather than resolving concerns, the staff seems more interested in arguing with patients and covering for one another's mistakes. Their behavior is disrespectful, dismissive, and lacking in basic courtesy. As a healthcare administrator myself, I’m appalled by the lack of accountability and the unwillingness to admit even minor errors.
