I went there a few years ago. Waited for hours and then doctor would not listen to what I had to say. He ordered labs and never explained well the results. He gave me a treatment that made my diabetes worse and fixed nothing. Would not explain anything and staff was horrible as well. 0 for me
I’ve never encountered such unprofessionalism and poor customer service from an office staff and management team. Rather than resolving concerns, the staff seems more interested in arguing with patients and covering for one another's mistakes. Their behavior is disrespectful, dismissive, and lacking in basic courtesy. Dr was good his staff was rude and inconsiderate. Very condescending when talking to you. After a year we left this office and will not return. I pray the doctor will upgrade his staff to better his practice.
If I could give him and his crew a zero star I would. With all the patients that has a negative report I'm with you. We had a very bad experience it seems that he only cares about the money. We had other neurologist that care more than him. Advanced neurologist is a joke. When you try to explain what the emergency room people had to say and the Dr. say I don't care that's the worst. Please if you need help do not go to any of the offices.
The doctor was very rude and spent more time on his computer typing notes then interacting with the patient. He was disrespectful when we asked questions. The front desk staff were also talking bad about other patients within ear shot of the whole waiting room
