He operated on my friend and from the photos she showed me he was not sterile. He gave my friend a Staphylococcus infection and almost killed her. She went to him with symptoms and all he did was dismiss her telling her it was normal and that everything was in her head. She was hospitalized for a month and ended up with a wound vac plus home care. He shouldn't be allowed to be a doctor. The health complications he provoked her are horrible and she has since been in deep depression.
My brother had a liposuction procedure (5 liters) with Dr. Leo Altenberg and he did a Terrible job. He left my brother uneven, he did not see my brother for his weekly follow ups until three months later. Dr. Leo Altenberg over promised and underdelivered. This was a disservice to his patient. Now my brother is paying for other treatments to help him with the sloppy work that was done by Leo Altenberg. Men be careful and do your homework before getting/doing anything done with this man.
Really this practice deserves 0 stars! I had a very frustrating experience at this office. I was scheduled for hormone pellets at 8:45, yet by 9:30 I was told there were no pellets available. Olivia, the office manager, stated she “thought” they would arrive at 10:00 a.m.—but if that were the case, I should never have been scheduled at 8:45. I called for a same day appointment and got it. The doctor and the staff are great! I am switching my primary doctor to continue seeing Dr Alt. He is awesome got my procedure done and was taken care of. I highly recommend this clinic.
Dr. Altenberg has been excellent and has a very friendly staff. Highly recommend.
